How long does delivery take?
Karachi: 1–2 business days. Lahore, Islamabad & Rawalpindi: 2–3 days. Other major cities: 3–4 days. Remote areas: 4–7 days. You'll get a tracking number via email and SMS once your order ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfer. For prepaid orders, payment is confirmed before dispatch; COD is paid on delivery.
What does shipping cost?
Standard delivery PKR 200. Free shipping on orders above PKR 3,000.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery — the item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached. We currently offer exchanges only (not cash refunds); if your size isn't available we issue store credit valid for 90 days. Sale and discount-code items are final sale.
How do I start an exchange?
WhatsApp us at +92 325 8985 245 within 7 days with your order number and reason. We'll arrange pickup or share our return address, then ship your replacement once we inspect the item.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Contact us immediately with photos and we'll ship a replacement at no extra cost.
