Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Contact us on WhatsApp to initiate an exchange.
How to Exchange
- WhatsApp us at +92 325 8985 245 within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Share your order number and reason for exchange.
- We'll arrange pickup or provide our return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll ship your replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for exchange. Sale items and items purchased with discount codes are final sale.
Refund Policy
We currently offer exchanges only, not cash refunds. If the requested size or color is unavailable, we'll issue store credit valid for 90 days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos. We will ship a replacement at no extra cost.
